The Pause
If something harmful happens in the room, a pause gives everyone room to breathe.
Ask for a pause
Anyone can ask. Tell a trail guide, healing support provider, or operations lead.
Watch for the signal
A hand gently patting the top of the head means a pause has been called.
Take a break together
The room takes a 10 to 15 minute break right away, even if one is not on the schedule.
Breathe and reach out
Step out, stretch, get water, or talk with healing support. If the space does not feel settled, we move to address it.
Need a personal pause? You can step away anytime. Just let someone know, and feel free to connect with a healing support provider.
Support and Reporting
One form, two paths. Use it anytime, during JELA or after.
Your name is optional. If you share a way to reach you, a J2 operations lead will follow up within 24 hours, and healing support is yours to use however you want.

Questions
What should I do when I arrive Tuesday morning?
Stop by the registration table outside the main room, starting at 8:00 am. The operations team will greet you and point you to the main room. If you asked for accommodations or interpretation when you registered, they will connect you there.
What should I bring?
Your device, if you like to follow along digitally. Session materials live here on J2 LearnWorlds, and pens, notebooks, and supplies will be on the tables.
What is happening Wednesday afternoon?
The program wraps at 3:30 pm so you can explore Tulsa, rest, or both. You can also join Heal and Paint, an onsite art session. Open the Tulsa guide in the Explore Tulsa section for ideas on learning, getting outside, eating well, and resting.
Will there be interpretation?
Yes. Language interpretation will be available. If you asked for it when you registered, the registration table will get you connected.
How do I ask for support during the week?
Talk with any support team member or healing support provider, or use the Support and Reporting form in the section above. You can also ask for a pause at any time.
