The clerk's desk

How JUSTICE SQUARED runs, room by room. Ring the bell if you have not been here before.

This is where the operating knowledge of JUSTICE SQUARED lives, so that how the program runs is not held in any one person's head. Each door opens onto one area of the work.

How to use it. Find the room that matches what you are trying to do, not the person you would normally ask. A lit window above a door means the room is open. A dark window means it is being furnished.

What is here. How things work, who is responsible for what, and where the working documents live.

What is not here. Course content, personnel files, and contact lists. Rooms point to those where they exist.

  • Open a room to see the documents, forms, and courses that belong to it.
  • Every room carries its own date, so you can see how current it is.
  • The full documents behind each room live in Drive. The rooms summarize and point.
  • If something is wrong or missing, say so rather than working around it.
