The Racial Equity Action Lab (REAL) / Health Equity Action Lab (HEAL) course supports you to advance collective leadership to change the system.
Adapted from the 100 Million Healthier Lives Equity Action Lab model, this process empowers prospective learners to advance structural change in ways that are grounded in listening and getting proximate, bringing a collective together, analyzing the system well, and mobilizing the collective needed to change the system.
